A U.S. Chess membership is required to play in all rated tournaments. Your child's membership will be honored not only at scholastic tournaments, but also at any rated chess tournament in the United States.  This form is for Oklahoma resident players who have never had a U.S. Chess  membership. If your player has had a U.S. Chess  membership before, use this form instead(Not sure? Look up your player here.)

Once your have submitted this form and registered for the upcoming tournament, OSCO will process a one-year membership for your player at no cost to you.
