9 year old Becky Huang's steadily increasing rating at 1358 has her now also
appearing at 96th on the Girls Under 16 list, joining Rachel Farell. Our adopted
Grand Master Yuri Shulman has jumped from 17th to 6th since April, and that's
before his US Open Champion performance.
