OCA Elections and Bylaws Vote 27 June 2004

All OCA Officer and Policy Board positions will be open for election at the Annual Members Meeting, to be held the morning of Sunday 27 June at the 59^th Annual Oklahoma Open State Championship Tournament. Several proposed OCA Bylaws amendments will also be put to a vote of the OCA members. The Bylaws proposals will all be posted on the OCA website in the Governance section at least a couple of weeks prior to the election. The Bylaws change proposals will also be handed out 26 June to those registering for the State Championship for review and discussion prior to the meeting. Please plan to be there.

Per the Bylaws revision at the March Policy Board meeting, eligible voters must be USCF members and current OCA members by June 14 or playing in the Oklahoma Open State Championship the prior day.

The toughest part of this transition is hopefully behind us and we’re planning some big exciting things ahead.
