Someone submitted a fictitious tournament rating report for the MO Fall Open. This event was not held in Florrissant, MO on 16-17 Oct 04 and the 38 Oklahoma players, 2 Arkansas players and TD Mike Swatek were not there. The USCF is investigating this and will correct the ratings of the players effected by this unfortunate act against a large number of Oklahoma chess players. Your understanding while we sort this mess out is much appreciated. Please contact me if you need a copy of the letter from the USCF to correct the affected players' ratings during December 04 and January 05. Thanks. Mike Swatek 918-342-4245
