1) Head to Head result from tournament match
1a) Blitz Match if players have not played each other in tournament
2) FIDE Blitz Match Tiebreak (Round Robin if more than 2 tied).
Draw or coin toss for color choice with highest quick rated player calling toss or draw.
White will have a time advantage of 6 minutes to 5 minutes for black.
Black will win a draw.
3) Repeat item 2 until a clear winner if more than 2 were originally tied
